ABOUT MONIQUE

Born and raised in Den Haag. Monique loved this picturesque atmosphere which she later found in Vienna. Every summer, she spent time with her mother at her grandmother's vineyard in Gumpoldskirchen. These two worlds, Den Haag and Gumpoldskirchen, manifest themselves in her art.

Two worlds - Monique seeks boundlessness and blends various materials in her paintings, stirring deep into the realms of her feelings. With no sketches in sight, she eagerly embraces the unknown, anticipating the surprises that await her. Each stroke is an exploration, a journey into the uncharted territories of creativity. 

Timeless - For her, there is no distinction between experiencing good art as a child and today. Art knows no time constraints. It´s a timeless journey where she explores the joys of art through seeing or hearing. Welcome to her world, where art creates space for freedom, intelligence and endless possibilities.
